PPC Section 135 | Abetment of desertion of soldier, sailor or airman.

Section 135. Abetment of desertion of soldier, sailor or airman.

Whoever abets the desertion of any officer, soldier, [sailor or airman], in the Army, [Navy or Air Force] of [Pakistan], shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.

Offence	Cognizance	Summons / Warrant	Bailable / Not Bailable	Compoundable or Not	Punishment	Triable By
Abetment of the desertion of an officer, soldier,[sailor or airman].	Shall not arrest without warrant.	Warrant	bailable.	Not Compounable	Imprisonment of either description for 2 years, or fine, or both.	Magistrate of the first or second class.

Offence: bailable. --- Abetment of the desertion of an officer, soldier,[sailor or airman].

Punishment--- Imprisonment of either description for 2 years, or fine, or both.
