PPC Section 184: Obstructing sale of property offered for sale by authority of public servant:

Whoever intentionally obstructs any sale of property offered for sale by the lawful authority of any public servant, as such, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to one month, or with fine which may extend to [one thousand five hundred rupees] rupees, or with both.

Offence	Cognizance	Summons / Warrant	Bailable / Not Bailable	Compoundable or Not	Punishment	Triable By
Obstructing sale of property offered for sale by authority of a public servant.	Shall not arrest without warrant.	Summons	Bailable	Not Compounable	Imprisonment of either description for 1 month, or fine of [1500] rupees, or both.	Magistrate of the first or second class.

Offence: Bailable --- Obstructing sale of property offered for sale by authority of a public servant.

Punishment--- Imprisonment of either description for 1 month, or fine of [1500] rupees, or both.
