DIVORCE DEED

WHEREAS I namely, Mr. ____________________ s/o Mr. ____________________, adult, permanent resident of _________________________, presently residing at ______________, married you namely, Miss ________________ d/o Mr. _________________, adult, presently residing at _______________________________ according to Islamic Rites. The Nikah as well as rukhsti took place at _________on 17.16.2001 as against dower amount of rupees ______________, which I paid you accordingly.

WHEREAS due to a number of personal reasons, which I do not intent to disclose at the moment in view of morality and propriety, I am of a firm belief that we cannot remain as husband and wife according to the limits and rights as prescribed by Sharia.

NOW THERFORE THIS DEED WITNESSES THAT I, Mr. ________________ s/o. Mr. _______________, do hereby divorce you thrice as:

I divorce you according to Sharia.

HENCEFORTH I stand under no obligation towards you as husband and you have become prohibited for me as a wife. You are divorced accordingly with immediate effect.
