Purchase Price:

Declaration by Seller:
The Seller hereby confirms and assures that:
a) He/She holds absolute ownership and title of the Vehicle as per the certificate of title issued by the relevant registration authority.
b) The Vehicle is free from all encumbrances, liens, legal disputes, and third-party claims.
c) All rights, title, and interest in the Vehicle stand transferred to the Purchaser upon execution and delivery of this Deed and physical delivery of the Vehicle.

Condition of Vehicle:
The Purchaser has fully examined and inspected the Vehicle and accepts it in its “as-is” condition, without any warranties or representations from the Seller regarding the mechanical or physical state of the Vehicle.
