DEED OF SALE
(For Sale of Motor Vehicle)

This Deed of Sale is made this ___ day of __________, 20, by and between:

AND

WHEREAS:

1. The Seller is the lawful owner of a motor vehicle (hereinafter referred to as the “Vehicle”), described as follows:

2. The Seller is desirous of selling the Vehicle to the Purchaser under the terms and conditions set forth herein.

3. Both parties have mutually agreed to enter into this Deed of Sale, which shall serve as the formal record of the transaction.

NOW, THEREFORE, THIS DEED WITNESSETH AS UNDER:

1. Purchase Price:
   The total purchase price of the Vehicle is agreed at USD __________ (United States Dollars __________), which has been paid in full by the Purchaser to the Seller. The Seller acknowledges receipt of the full payment.

2. Declaration by Seller:
   The Seller hereby confirms and assures that:
   a) He/She holds absolute ownership and title of the Vehicle as per the certificate of title issued by the relevant registration authority.
   b) The Vehicle is free from all encumbrances, liens, legal disputes, and third-party claims.
   c) All rights, title, and interest in the Vehicle stand transferred to the Purchaser upon execution and delivery of this Deed and physical delivery of the Vehicle.

3. Condition of Vehicle:
   The Purchaser has fully examined and inspected the Vehicle and accepts it in its “as-is” condition, without any warranties or representations from the Seller regarding the mechanical or physical state of the Vehicle.
