PPC Section 237

 PPC Section 237:   Import or export of counterfeit coin.

 Whoever imports into [Pakistan], or exports there­ from, any counterfeit coin, knowingly or having reason to believe that the same is counterfeit, shall  be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, and shall also be liable to fine.

Import or export of counterfeit coin, knowing the same to be counterfeit. May arrest without warrant. Warrant .. Not bailable Not Compounable Imprisonment of either description for 3 years, and fine. Magistrate of the first class.
