Appeal against the order of a Special Judge.—

An appeal against the order of a Special Judge shall lie to the respective High Court of a Province within thirty days of the passing of the order and it shall be heard as an appeal under the Code of Criminal Procedure 1898 (Act V of 1898) by a single Judge of the High Court.]
