PPC Section 393 | Attempt to commit robbery:

Attempt to commit robbery:

Whoever attempts to commit robbery shall be punished with rigorous imprisonment for a term, which may extend to seven years, and shall be liable to fine.

Offence	Cognizance	Summons / Warrant	Bailable / Not Bailable	Compoundable or Not	Punishment	Triable By
Attempt to commit robbery.	May arrest without warrant.	Warrant ..	Not bailable	Not Compounable	Rigorous imprisonment for 7 years, and fine.	Court of Session, or Magistrate of the first class.

Offence: Not bailable --- Attempt to commit robbery.

Punishment--- Rigorous imprisonment for 7 years, and fine.
