Aoa i am paying rent regularly but i dont have receipt if my tenant give me notice of eviction and payment of rent than how can i prove the payment which i have alraedy given
Yes still you can proved in court for example as you are paying your utility bill or if you are pay the rents in the accounts of landlord than the slip can be shown as evidence that you are paying rent

well, in your case, the owner must issue a receipt of receiving rent, if he did not and you also have no any digital footprints of your rent payment like bank transfer or like that, there might be your msgs to the owner regarding i have sent this months rent and upon that he says ok got it, that could be helpful, but if he makes it a base to evict, like accuse you of not paying the rent for 6 months you can raise a point that why he did not issue a legal notice to pay the rent, why did he keep silence for so long. and for future ask him to issue you a rent receipt.
