Counterfeiting a trademark or property mark used by another:

Whoever counterfeits any trade mark or property mark used by any other person shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.

Offence	Cognizance	Summons / Warrant	Bailable / Not Bailable	Compoundable or Not	Punishment	Triable By
Counterfeiting a trade or property mark used by another, with intent to cause damage or in jury	Shall not arrest without warrant.	Warrant ..	Bailable..		Imprisonment of either description for 2 years, or fine, or both.	Magistrate of the first or second class.

Offence: Bailable.. --- Counterfeiting a trade or property mark used by another, with intent to cause damage or in jury

Punishment--- Imprisonment of either description for 2 years, or fine, or both.
