PPC Section 165-A | Punishment for abetment of offences defined in Sections 161 and 165:

Section 165-A: Punishment for abetment of offences defined in Sections 161 and 165:

Whoever abets any offence punishable under Section 161 or Section 165 shall, whether the offence abetted is or is not committed in consequence of the abetment, be punished with the punishment provided for the offence.

Abetment of offences under sections 161 and 165.	Shall not arrest without warrant	Summons	Bailable	Not Compounable	Imprisonment of either description for 3 years, or fine, or both.	Magistrate of the first class

Offence: Bailable --- Abetment of offences under sections 161 and 165.

Punishment--- Imprisonment of either description for 3 years, or fine, or both.
