PPC Section 160: Punishment for committing affray:


Whoever commits an affray, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to one month, or with fine which may extend to  [three hundred rupees] , or with both.

Offence Cognizance Summons/-Warrant Bailable/-NotBailable Punishment Triable By
Committing affray. Shall not arrest without warrant. Summons Bailable Imprisonment of either description for one month, or fine of [300] rupees, or both. Any Judicial Magistrate.
Offence: Bailable --- Committing affray.
Punishment--- Imprisonment of either description for one month, or fine of [300] rupees, or both.
