Can a foreign property / bank account be attached under 88 CRPC for a persons who has been declared PO under 87 CRPC
Foreign property / bank account can not be attached. The court can only attach property (movable or immovable, including debts, livestock) belonging to the proclaimed person, within or outside the district (with endorsement).
