Section 365-A PPC aik non-compoundable jurm hai, is liye isay parties ke darmiyan private settlement ya compromise ke zariye khatam nahi kiya ja sakta. Agar complainant accused ko maaf bhi kar de ya mamla settle kar le, to state phir bhi complainant rehti hai kyun ke ye jurm sirf fard ke khilaf nahi balki society aur public order ke khilaf samjha jata hai. Is liye, jab court ne accused ko Section 365-A PPC ke tahat convict aur sentence de diya, to sentence ko sirf in tariqon se hi badla ja sakta hai: Appeal ya Revision Executive clemency ke zariye, Article 45 Constitution of Pakistan ya Section 402 Cr.P.C. power of provinivial goverment Mukhtasar ye ke, Section 365-A PPC ke tahat convicted shaks ko sirf complainant ke saath private settlement ke zariye release nahi kiya ja sakta.
