السلام وعلیکم سر میرے اوپر ایلیگیشن ہے 337یو دانت کے ٹوٹنے کی سر اسکی کیا سزا ہو سکتی ہے اس میں کوئی جوڈیشل سزا بھی ہو سکتی ہے دوسرا سوال اگر کسی کیس میں اوتھ یعنی نیاں ہو تو کیا کورٹ اسے قبول کرتی ہے یا نہیں
