Abusive and threatening TikTok videos even if later deleted are punishable under PPC 506 (criminal intimidation), PPC 500/504 (defamation & insult) and PECA Act 2016 (Sections 20 & 21). Saved videos, screenshots, and witnesses are valid evidence. Complaint can be filed with FIA Cyber Crime Wing and, if threats are serious, an FIR can also be registered. Deleting the video does not end liability.
