AFFIDAVIT

I, ___________________________, son of ___________________________, resident of ________________________________________, presently serving as ____________________________, do hereby solemnly affirm and state as follows:

  1. That I am proceeding abroad on official deputation with the prior approval of the competent authority.

  2. That during the period of my deputation abroad, I shall not seek or accept employment or engage in any service with any foreign organization, institution, or individual.

  3. That I shall not claim or request any salary, allowance, transportation facility, or financial support in foreign currency from the Government of Pakistan during my stay abroad.

  4. That I undertake to return to Pakistan and resume my official duties immediately upon the completion or expiry of the approved deputation period.

  5. That I shall not apply for, nor obtain, citizenship or permanent residency of any foreign country, nor shall I submit my resignation from service while abroad.

  6. That I have not paid any fee, commission, or consideration to any unauthorized person, agency, or agent for obtaining this deputation or related post.

  7. That the statements made above are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief, and nothing has been concealed.
