PPC Section 264: Fraudulent use of false instrument for weighing:

Whoever fraudulently uses any instrument for weighing which he knows to be false, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term, which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both.

Offence	Cognizance	Summons/-Warrant	Bailable/-NotBailable	Punishment	Triable By
Fraudulent use of false instrument for weighing.	Shall not arrest without warrant.	Summons ..	Bailable..	Imprisonment of either description for 1 year, or fine, or both.	Magistrate of the first or second class.

Offence: Bailable.. --- Fraudulent use of false instrument for weighing.

Punishment--- Imprisonment of either description for 1 year, or fine, or both.
