Section 123B. Defiling or unauthorisedly removing the National Flag of Pakistan from Government building, etc.

Whoever deliberately defiles [or puts on fire] the National Flag of Pakistan, or unauthorisedly removes it from any building, premises, vehicle or other property of Government, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.
