Order of High Court setting aside forfeiture.

(1) On receipt of the application, the [High Court] shall, if it is not satisfied that the issue of the newspaper, or the book or other document, in respect of which the application has been made, contained [treasonable or] [seditious or other matter of such a nature as is] referred to in subsection (1) of section 99A, set aside the order of forfeiture.
