Effect of such warrant.

A warrant issued under section 386, subsection (1), clause (a), by any Court] may be executed within the local limits of the jurisdiction of such Court, and it shall authorize the [attachment] and sale of any such property without such limits, when endorsed by the [-] Magistrate [--] within the local limits of whose jurisdiction such property is found.
