Power to frame rules for guidance of Magistrates and Benches.

The Provincial Government may, [--------] from time to time, make rules consistent with this Code for the guidance of all Magistrates and Magistrates’ Benches in any district respecting the following subjects:

(a) The classes of cases to be tried;
(b) The times and places of sitting;
(c) The constitution of the Bench for conducting trials;
(d) The mode of settling differences of opinion which may arise between the Magistrates in session;
(e) The mode and manner of conducting raids and trial on the spot.
