For Partners and Publishers: This Agreement also applies to publisher and affiliate activities on our platform.

PakArbiter may serve users globally. If you're outside Pakistan, regional terms may apply, and we'll communicate them as needed.

A. Terms of Service for Legal Job Seekers

In this section, references to "you" or "your" mean any individual or organization accessing this website in the role of a Legal Job Seeker. As a Legal Job Seeker, you may use this website and its contents strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. Listings job Additionally, the general Terms of Service apply to you as well. If there is any inconsistency between the general Terms and the specific terms for Legal Job Seekers, the latter will take precedence.

Our platform may present Legal Job Listings(referred to as "Legal Job" or "Legal Job Listings") which include employment opportunities and other career-related content, some of which may link to external third-party websites. Browsing Legal Job on this site is free of charge for Legal Job Seekers. These Listings are displayed based on various factors such as search relevance, employer engagement with the platform, and activity conducted on the site.

We may offer tools to refine your search results by Legal Job type or other filters. These filters are developed independently by our platform and might not always match how employers categorize their listings. Some filters may be automatically applied based on your profile or activity, but you can disable them at any time.

To improve your experience, Legal Job may be reformatted for better reListingability on mobile devices. We may also showcase specific Legal Job on themed pages—for example, those focused on diversity connectingor veteran-friendly positions. However, featuring a Legal Job in a special category does not imply a legal classification of the role or employer endorsement. Not all Legal Job are shown on these pages, and we make no guarantees regarding your experience or outcomes when applying through them.

We may also enable direct calling features via mobile apps, allowing you to connect with employers through the contact number provided in a Legal Job Listing. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the listed contact information.

When you create or update a profile or upload listing your resume on Pakarbiter.com (referred to as “Your Profile,” “Legal Job Seeker Profile,” or “Pakarbiter.com Profile”), you authorize Pakarbiter.com to share it with employers, users of Resume Search or Smart Sourcing, or anyone with access to your public profile link.

Your Profile is set to “Searchable” by default, making it visible to employers. If you prefer to keep your information private, you can switch your profile to “Not Searchable” in your settings. Note: previously shared or copied data may still be accessible even after changing these settings.

While Pakarbiter.com may attempt to hide your profile from past or current employers, it cannot guarantee complete privacy. Pakarbiter.com may also hide or remove profiles at its discretion if they violate the Terms of Service.

Important: Do not include confidential data like social security numbers, medical records, or credit reports in your Profile. Pakarbiter.com may hide such data but cannot guarantee full protection.

Phrases like “Employers can find you” simply refer to whether your profile is searchable. These terms do not change your legal rights or responsibilities.

If you upload resume, Pakarbiter.com or its partners may scan it and offer feedback. This feedback might include resume improvement tips or Legal Job suggestions, but it’s your decision whether to act on it.

Legal Job suggestions based on your Profile do not guarantee Legal Job matches or interviews. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your resume, especially if Pakarbiter.com converts it to another format.

Your Profile includes data you provide in the “Profile” section of your Pakarbiter.com account, such as Legal Job preferences, availability, and pay expectations.

You may use your Profile to apply to Legal Jobs. Upload resumes may be saved automatically and you can save multiple versions. Pakarbiter.com may remove stored resumes at its discretion, so keep your own backups.

For fraud prevention, Pakarbiter.com may hide contact information in your Profile or an employer’s contact info. You agree to receive communications from masked contact details.

Pakarbiter.com may limit your profile visibility to prevent fraud or other violations. It cannot guarantee that employers will view your Profile or that the profile database will be fully accessible at any time.

If you've completed training programs, you may showcase those skills on your Profile. Regardless, you are fully responsible for the accuracy and contents of your Profile and for all Legal Job application activities.

When you submit a resume, application, or any related personal information through Pakarbiter.com (“Pakarbiter.com Apply”), it is governed by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. This includes when you use features like “Apply Now,” “Easily Apply,” or “Apply with Pakarbiter.com.” Pakarbiter.com may limit how many applications you can submit, and you may not use bots, scripts, or automation to apply unless through authorized Pakarbiter.com tools.

Before submitting an application via Pakarbiter.com Apply, you’ll be able to review all details. Please ensure everything is accurate, complete, and being sent to the correct employer. Once submitted, the employer controls how your information is used or stored. If you want it changed or deleted, contact the employer directly. If you need to apply differently due to accessibility reasons, reach out to the employer for alternative options.

By submitting an application, you're giving Pakarbiter.com permission to send your information to the employer and to process it using automated systems. This may include reformatting the application or storing it on our systems. We may analyze your application content according to our Privacy Policy.

Employers may request Pakarbiter.com to compile your application materials into a single document. Applications are typically sent to contact information provided by the employer. Employers may allow those systems to manage their Pakarbiter.com accounts, meaning your application could be accessed. We can’t guarantee successful delivery or access of your application and are not liable for errors, delivery failures, or incorrect contact details provided by employers.

Sometimes, Legal Job postings may be removed before or after you apply, making your application void. Employers or third-party systems may also reject applications for various reasons. Even if a Legal Job Listing is removed, Pakarbiter.com and its service providers may still store your application data. We can't ensure that third-party platforms will function correctly or deliver your materials without errors. If you prefer not to apply through Pakarbiter.com, you may send your application directly to the employer.

Pakarbiter.com is not responsible for the content or structure of employer Legal Job applications or screener questions. Employers are fully responsible for complying with relevant laws, such as anti-discrimination or disability accommodation requirements. Optional questions may be skipped, but we cannot guarantee how employers will respond. Some employers may ask demographic questions for legal reasons, which are unrelated to Pakarbiter.com’s demographic data collection. Direct any questions about these materials to the employer.

We cannot guarantee that employers are who they claim to be or that their connectingprocesses follow health and safety guidelines. Legal Job Seekers should independently verify the legitimacy of Legal Job offers and remain cautious throughout the connectingprocess.

By using Pakarbiter.com Apply, you understand that employers may use automated rejection tools based on your screener question responses. These automatic rejections come from employer settings, not Pakarbiter.com. Employers may also use a feature called Employer Assist to automatically send rejection messages if they haven’t responded within a set time.

If employers schedule interviews based on your qualifications, those are done automatically according to their preferences. Pakarbiter.com is not responsible for confirming or managing those interviews. You are responsible for coordinating directly with the employer.

Employers may use features that group applicants by how closely they match Legal Job criteria. This is for convenience only—employers make all final connectingdecisions.

When applying on third-party sites through the Pakarbiter.com app, suggestions from your profile may be pre-filled into the application. It's your responsibility to review and approve those suggestions.

To help prevent fraud, Pakarbiter.com may require email verification when applying for Legal Jobs. If you don’t verify your email, your application may not be accepted.

Legal Job matches are suggestions presented to both Legal Job Seekers and Employers in various formats on the Site. For example, Pakarbiter.com might recommend Legal Job postings similar to those you’ve recently applied to, emphasize specific features of Legal Job, or suggest Pakarbiter.com Profiles to Employers that match the Legal Job listings they’ve posted.

To generate these matches, Pakarbiter.com uses data collected from both Employers and Legal Job Seekers through the Site. This includes Legal Job listings, your profile information, resume data, your application materials (including screener question responses), and your activity on the Site (such as the searches you conduct and the Legal Jobs you click on or apply to). Pakarbiter.com may use this data to present potential Legal Job matches to you and to Employers.

Pakarbiter.com may automatically send you Legal Job recommendations via the email Listing adress associated with your Pakarbiter.com account or the one you used to apply for a Legal Job.

If you prefer not to receive Legal Job recommendations, you can disable 'recommended Legal Jobs' in your Pakarbiter.com account communication settings.

Listing aditionally, if you do not want your profile or resume to be visible to Employers, you can set your information to ‘Not Searchable’ in your profile settings.

When you view, send, store, or receive communications or materials (including Legal Job listings, resumes, messages, text messages, chats, emails, applications, and interview transcripts) through the Site, you agree that these activities, as well as the materials, may be processed, analyzed, reviewed, and stored, including via automated means, for data analysis, quality control, enforcing site rules, content moderation, and improving the Site or other Pakarbiter.com products or services. This data may be used to develop, train, and utilize statistical models, including artificial intelligence and machine learning models. Pakarbiter.com also works with third-party vendors to help collect, record, process, analyze, and store communication data. If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not use the Site.

When an Employer engages with your profile, application, or Legal Job Listing, Pakarbiter.com may notify you about these actions. You may also be informed when an Employer takes actions such as pausing a Legal Job Listing, opening or responding to your profile, or making a decision regarding your application. These notifications may come via app, SMS, email, or through the platform associated with your or the Employer’s activity. These notifications are for your convenience, but you should not rely on them for important actions. For example, if you receive an interview request, it is your responsibility to follow up with the employer directly to ensure they know your response. Pakarbiter.com disclaims any warranty concerning the transmission or storage of these notifications, including their delivery, receipt, or timing.

Pakarbiter.com may also offer text message reminders for interviews scheduled by Employers. By providing your phone number, you confirm it is yours, and you accept text messages from Pakarbiter.com regarding your interviews, which may be sent via an automated system. If you change your phone number, you agree to update your Pakarbiter.com account with the new number.

Pakarbiter.com may offer in-app messaging services ("Pakarbiter.com Messaging"), along with text, email, and call relay services to help Employers and Legal Job Seekers communicate about Legal Job listings. Communication through these services is only intended for Legal Job-related purposes, and Pakarbiter.com reserves the right to disable these services at any time without notice. As these relay services may depend on third-party providers, there may be technical issues or delays. Pakarbiter.com cannot guarantee the delivery or receipt of messages sent through these services.

Pakarbiter.com may create an alias email for communication purposes, rather than displaying your real email listing address to Employers. Once an Employer has your contact details, Pakarbiter.com is not responsible for how they use that information. If you or an Employer use Pakarbiter.com's alias system, Pakarbiter.com and its vendors may process messages to provide the services outlined in this Agreement.

Pakarbiter.com may also scan your third-party email account to Listings job Legal Job application updates to your "My Legal Jobs" page on the Site. If you opt into this feature, Pakarbiter.com will scan relevant emails to track the status of your applications. You agree to the processing and storage of this data for analysis and other purposes to improve the Site. However, Pakarbiter.com does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the updates shown on your account. You can disable this feature at any time through your email settings.

Pakarbiter.com may also offer functionality to place calls directly through messages related to your Legal Job application. Please note that standard phone rates may apply, and this feature is provided as a courtesy.

Pakarbiter.com may enable chatbots and other interactive features that allow you to take actions such as applying for Legal Jobs or scheduling interviews. These AI-driven tools will collect and process your communications for data analysis, quality control, and other purposes in line with our policies. AI-Generated Content may sometimes provide inaccurate results, and you should always verify the accuracy of any recommendations. Pakarbiter.com is not liable for any issues arising from the use of Chatbots or the information they provide.

Pakarbiter.com may allow employers or Legal Job listings to activate chat or other communication options, and you may be notified when these features are available for specific Legal Jobs. The availability of chat depends on the Employer's settings and other factors. Pakarbiter.com can turn off these features at any time.

If you have browser or mobile push notifications enabled and wish to disable them, you can do so through the settings of your browser or mobile device.

Short Code Text Messages

If you have consented to receive text messages about employer messages or upcoming interviews, you can opt out at any time by texting "STOP" to the relevant short code. This will stop all messages from Pakarbiter.com related to interviews and Legal Job offers. You may also text "HELP" for assistance or visit the Help Center for more details. Carrier charges may apply.

Pakarbiter.com may offer screening tools for Employers to use during the connectingprocess, such as screener questions, phone screening tools, and assessments. These tools are licensed to Employers, who have full discretion over their use. As a Legal Job Seeker, you acknowledge that the questions asked through these tools are determined by the Employer, not Pakarbiter.com. Employers are solely responsible for deciding which answers qualify a candidate and for any impact the screening tools may have.

Pakarbiter.com is not an employment agency, and the provision of screening tools does not constitute the procurement of employees for Employers or Legal Job opportunities for Legal Job Seekers. Pakarbiter.com simply provides a platform for Employers and Legal Job Seekers to exchange information. The responsibility for the content and use of screening tools, as well as any hiring-related decisions, lies solely with the Employer.

Pakarbiter.com offers a variety of Career Services, including resume review, resume scanning, interview coaching, live video consultations, writing services, general career Listingvice, and other consulting options (referred to collectively as "Career Services"). By using these services, you are requesting that Pakarbiter.com or its vendors provide you with the chosen service in accordance with this Agreement and Pakarbiter.com’s Privacy Policy. Career Services are intended for personal use only, focusing on your own resume, Legal Job search, or employment situation.

Listings job Additionally, Pakarbiter.com may provide career-related resources through blog posts, emails, chatbots, AI-generated content, or other channels. These resources may include tips for improving your resume, preparing for interviews, or transitioning to a new Legal Job. However, these resources are for informational purposes only, and Pakarbiter.com disclaims any liability arising from the actions you take or do not take based on these resources.

When using Career Services, you agree to provide complete and accurate information. Any content you upload listing, such as resumes, is considered User Content and will be treated according to Pakarbiter.com's User Content policies. Career-related Listingvice, feedback, and content provided by Pakarbiter.com or its vendors are not intended as professional career counseling or staffing services, unless otherwise expressly stated by Pakarbiter.com. Ultimately, you are responsible for determining how to proceed with your Legal Job search or connectingprocess.

Pakarbiter.com retains ownership of all materials related to Career Services, including videos, tips, and guides. By using these services, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Pakarbiter.com may also facilitate interactions with third-party career coaches or professional writers. However, these individuals are not employees of Pakarbiter.com, and Pakarbiter.com is not responsible for the quality or content of their Listingvice. You should not share any confidential or sensitive information with these third parties. Pakarbiter.com is not liable for any actions or outcomes resulting from these interactions.

Termination of Career Services

Pakarbiter.com reserves the right to cancel or suspend access to Career Services at any time, with or without prior notice. You may terminate your use of Career Services at any time, and Pakarbiter.com may refuse to offer Career Services to any individual without providing a reason.

Pakarbiter.com may provide salary data and other related content to users for informational purposes only. For instance, Pakarbiter.com may offer estimates of salaries for a particular Legal Job posting, the number of applications received for a Legal Job, responses to screener questions, or the likelihood of being selected for an interview. As a Legal Job Seeker, you provide a variety of information on the Site, such as searching for Legal Jobs, clicking on Legal Job listings, applying to Legal Jobs, and sharing details in your Pakarbiter.com profile. Pakarbiter.com records data related to Legal Job searches, Legal Job locations, salary ranges, and the Legal Job listings you engage with. Pakarbiter.com also tracks the time and level of activity on the site, along with any other information you provide, such as your desired salary and past work experience. Since you are the one providing this data, you are fully aware of what information is being collected.

By using the site, you agree that Pakarbiter.com may collect, process, analyze, and store all the information you share or actions you take. This does not include third-party communications. If your profile is set to "Searchable," Pakarbiter.com may share your profile data with third-party employers. If you prefer not to share your data, you can set your profile to "Not Searchable." Please note that updates to your profile may take a few days to reflect.

Pakarbiter.com may also assign labels or Listings to Legal Job Seeker profiles, such as "Responsive Candidate" or "New Applicant." These are based solely on your activity on the site, and the absence of such a label may indicate insufficient data to determine if you qualify. Pakarbiter.com does not guarantee the accuracy of these labels and reserves the right to modify or remove them at its discretion.

Some employers may ask applicants to voluntarily disclose certain demographic information, such as race, ethnicity, sex, disability, or veteran status during the Legal Job application process. These questions are part of the employer's application process, separate from Pakarbiter.com’s collection of demographic data, and Pakarbiter.com is not responsible for them. If you have concerns, you should contact the employer directly or refer to their privacy policy.

You acknowledge and understand that employers determine how and for which Legal Job openings they will use the Pakarbiter.com connecting Platform, including the specific Legal Job requirements and needs for their connectingprocess.

Pakarbiter.com does not control or participate in the employer's connecting decisions and is not responsible for the connecting process. Listings job Additionally, you understand that Pakarbiter.com is not an employment agency, and by offering the Pakarbiter.com connecting Platform, Pakarbiter.com is not directly procuring employees for employers or providing opportunities for Legal Job Seekers. Pakarbiter.com merely offers a platform for employers and Legal Job Seekers to exchange information during the connecting process.

Pakarbiter.com Hire offers recruitment services to its clients. When you apply for a Legal Job through Pakarbiter.com Hire or interact with Pakarbiter.com Hire as a Legal Job Seeker, you understand that Pakarbiter.com Hire acts as an agent for employers and may use tools like Pakarbiter.com Apply, virtual interviews, and other screening methods. By engaging with Pakarbiter.com Hire, you agree that your information and data collected through the platform may be used to present potential Legal Job matches to you and employers.

Employers who use Pakarbiter.com Hire are solely responsible for determining Legal Job requirements, connecting needs, and decisions. You acknowledge that by engaging with Pakarbiter.com Hire, you are not guaranteed interviews, Legal Job placement, or assurance of being hired. You take full responsibility for your decisions and actions throughout the recruitment process, including whether to accept or reject any Legal Job offers.

Support and Complaints

Legal Jobseeker Premium is provided by the Pakarbiter.com entity specified in these Terms of Service. For any inquiries or complaints related to the app or service, including intellectual property issues, please refer to the Questions or Complaints section above for contact details.

B . Privacy Policy
