Court held that “Even if offence is not under prohibitory clause, the nature of injury, weapon, and motive make it serious enough to deny pre-arrest bail.” 2. 2020 YLR 2564 (Lahore HC) Iron rod blow to head Bail denied. Held “Injury on vital part with iron rod and medical corroboration makes it serious; accused's role is specific in FIR.”
