Walaikum-Assalam, You can institute/file a partition Suit in the Court Of Senior Civil Judge. You will have to pay around Rs.15,000 as a court fees. Make sure to name every sibling in the Suit. You may require Succession Certificate and Death Certificate of the deceased parent on whose the Title Deed of property is. Hire a good lawyer who deals with the property matters. He will guide you further in detail regarding this matter.
