2. That the learned counsel for the Respondents is unable to appear before this Honourable Tribunal due to professional commitments abroad.

3. That it is expected that the learned Federal Counsel shall return to the country shortly.

4. That in view of the above, the instant request for adjournment is being submitted before this Honourable Tribunal.
